Compass would like to thank the Watermark Apartments in Cambridge, MA for hosting a wonderful Earth Day celebration.  The Watermark is a two year old luxury rental high-rise located in the growing bio tech hot spot of Kendall Square on the banks of the Charles River. 

Management at the Watermark has embraced green living, making us perfectly suited to showcase the many Simple Green Solutions we have enacted while also educating those who stopped by to take part in the event deliciously catered event (Clear Conscience Café).   With our growing portfolio of units in this beautiful, well situated building we were excited to let the folks of Kendall Square know about our green conscientious brand of Luxury Furnished Apartments. 

One of the major components of our Simple Green Solutions is our exclusive partnership with Seventh Generation.  With all of our apartments equipped with 100% recycled Seventh Generation paper products and bio-degradable cleaning products, our guests can feel comfortable knowing how easy it is to make a difference.   Some of the other cost effective green initiatives we showcased was our use of compact fluorescent light bulbs, cleaning our apartments with all natural agents and encouraging recycling at every level. 

To us these things just make sense, we hope to educate our guests, colleagues and clients to think the same way.
