Office Manager - Stamford, CT
The company is one of the leaders in the corporate housing industry. The Office Manager reports directly to the President in this innovative and cutting-edge environment.
The primary responsibilities include the management of all Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Vendor management, and Administrative documentation organization and maintenance. This individual will also be the point of contact for all customer service related issues.
This position requires 3-5 years prior office management experience, impeccable references, strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to apply knowledge and experience to propose solutions and recommend changes if needed, well developed computer skills, quantitative skills, and extraordinary attention to detail. Previous employment in a similar capacity in the investment industry is a big plus. Skills in Oscar 4, ACT! (or similar database) Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint preferable.
