In 2006, Compass opened its first location in Stamford, Connecticut, a highly competitive market place. With a focus on high quality apartments and customer service, Compass quickly stood out in the crowd. As 2006 came to a close, Compass had grown to over 150 furnished apartments in Fairfield and Westchester Counties with eyes set on expanding into Manhattan and Massachusetts.

As 2007 began, Compass Corporate Housing continued to focus on the quality of its apartments and made some important changes that truly set it apart from its competitors. Eric Fleming, President of Compass, wanted to incorporate his desire to minimize his impact on the environment by adjusting how the company thought. Compass launched its newest office in 2008 in the heart of the historic North End of Boston, Massachusetts. This office, within walking distance to Quincy Market and the financial district, offers a unique location for Compass to continue the philosophy of quality customer service. Our focus is to accommodate our clients throughout downtown Boston, Cambridge and the surrounding towns with the quality temporary apartments that they have come to expect.
